Link up here if you've got a question for Kailani and her pals today!
My question for you this week is:
Are there any famous artists you feel you're 'supposed' to like, but you just can't stand? Who?
As for me, I can not stand Stevie Nicks' voice - so grating! Martin Short is eyeroll-inducing; I cannot stand him. And for the life of me, I can't figure out why Daughtry is so popular. I hate their music! Yet, I feel like I "should" like these people.
So what about you? Anyone?
Have a great weekend! Aloha!
Fin.

I like that you took it in a different direction. Interesting answers!

Thank you for stopping by, and my pick is everyone loves country music and so do I, but I really don't like that twangy stuff & where the guy sings through his nose like he has a bad cold & there singing about how my girl left me, so I'm going to go drink my brains out until I barf & then start all over again. To me this is not a heart throbbing song nor do I want to hear about some guy losing his guts over some girl. Totally not good, but everyone love good home country music. Hmmmmm I don't know about that.

Now not sure what you mean but I see everyone is taking artist as in the singing world. So first I'll give you my interpretation (oh by the way thanks for stopping by). Picasso. I guess we're supposed to like his art. Me? I just don't get it - sorry1 Singers well everyone will hate me for this, but Aretha Franklin. I know she's the Queen of soul & all that, but I mean she's not bad, but I can think of many more girls that sound much better than her like... oh what's her name... oh Beyonce. She's fantastic & so is Tina Turner. OH well that's my opinion. Have a great weekend.

Hmm, well I agree about Elvis Presley -- I've never cared for his music or movies. I also can't seem to like Julia Roberts or Paul Newman even though they are both well liked by other family members :-)

Most of those I don't like it's because of their political views not because of their performances. ie: Jane Fonda

I'm probably going to catch a lot of flack for this, and I don't like to speak ill of the dead, but I never was a fan of Michael Jackson. Ever. ;)
