My question for you this week is:
Have you or your kids ever had lice?
I know, ew, gross question. If you read this post about my daughter acting on TV show recently, you'll see why I'm asking. It's the most tenacious critter on thick, curly hair - I hate it so!!!!!!!
FYI: Don't bother with the $25-30 drug store treatments. Instead, give coconut oil & tea tree oil mixed in your shampoo a try. That's our next planned step. If that doesn't work, the kid is getting a buzz cut, and I ain't jokin'!!

In Florida it seems to be a part of life for kids. I definitely had it a few times as a kid, and so did my oldest daughter. One thing I learned is they love clean hair, so you can protect your kids from it by putting some stying product in their hair before they go to school. Then the little buggers (the lice not your kids) can't grab hold.
