The haircuts are adorable and trendy-cute!

Sorry about your health issues.

Because I use Google Drive/Docs for all of my files, if my computer dies, I'll never lose them. I would lose photos, though, as I mostly keep them on my computer. I normally back those up a couple of times a year and have doubles on Facebook.

Good job on the homeschooling success!!!
Thanks for linking up. Have a great weekend.

Sorry for the confusion - my husband is retiring from the US Navy after 20 years, in a few months. He'll be 40, so another career will come after that. ;)

Glad you like the 'cuts!

I am confused a bit too about retirement and little kids in the same house. I don't know the backstory I guess. I do know that long hair and lice are a very difficult combination. I like the haircuts.

The Superhero and I both understand that long sickness! He had pneumonia and I had bronchitis. I think we had the upper and you had the lower! Glad you're so much better!

Hate lice, but the haircuts are so cute!

I don't browse by here often enough to follow some of your fragments but I have been here for other past FF posts. "...shirts we bought for Rob's retirement days ..." and the young kids have me a little confused. Your husband can retire with kids still at grade school age? I'm just expressing my confused so don't even feel you need to answer.
I would hate to deal with lice. I have heard lice are mostly annoying and not very dangerous. all the best.

Jessica

Here's a better lice treatment that worked on my oldest daughters thick thick hair when she was younger and unfortunate enough to get lice.
Soak her scalp and hair with Listerine(mouthwash) and cover with a shower cap for an hour. Rinse out with water. Then soak hair and scalp with white vinegar and cover with a clean shower cap for another hour. Rinse with water.

Then shampoo with Denorex(its a strong dandruff shampoo that lice hate). Then comb through carefully with a nit comb.
The Listerine and white vinegar suffocate the live lice, and start to dissolve their exoskelatines, and also loosen the glue that the nits are attached to the hair shaft with. The lice also hate Denorex, and it acts as a preventative.

Good luck.

Hope you are feeling better! good luck with those tests.

Mary

Her hair looks really cute! Belly problems are no fun; no fun at all. Hope you start feeling better!
