Princess Nagger has the same reaction to anything that requires a needle, be it the doctor or the dentist. I always recommend to anyone in the vicinity to put in ear plugs, because that girl has a set of lungs on her! I also better not show her the pic of the pancakes, or she'll be insisting we do an iHop run after such appointments. ;)

Some people - including grandparents - just need to mind their own business! :) Princess Nagger is starting to get into the 'don't photograph me!' mode, but Little Dude is always hamming it up for the camera. It's too bad I have to be extra careful about putting his pictures up, because of his drug-addled bio mom, but at least I have a stash of pics that I can blackmail him with in later years... ;)

It's definitely too early for Halloween - our kids don't start school for another 2 weeks...I had to make sure I bought the school supplies a month ago when they were out, because you can bet they won't be around this 'late' in the summer. Seems holidays are getting pushed earlier and earlier...

LOVE the nails! I'll definitely check them out - never heard of them until you mentioned them! :)

It is far too early for Halloween, but I've seen it here in our stores too. We don't even start back to school until next week.
Those nails are cool! How do they last? I have the worst time keeping polish on my finger nails. It chips so easily.

Whew this is a whole lot of random! Poor little darling and being poked. I know that's no fun! Last year I had my share of this and as an adult I did not care for it one bit. I got to where I routinely asked the blood technician to use the butterfly to withdraw my blood, since the needle is smaller. I have tiny veins so this works perfectly. That stack of flapjacks looks amazingly delicious! Now, I want some! lol Best of luck to you for the 2014-15 school year. Do you homeschool? I did with all three of ours from K-12. Have a randomtastic day!
