Saturday 9: Hey Jealousy

Happy-mothers-day1

Link up with Crazy Sam if you're playing along today!

1. When was the last time that you got jealous?

I don't really get jealous. Which is not to say that I don't EVER, but I don't OFTEN, so I can't remember the last time.

2. At what point do you finally decide it's time to move forward with your life (like, major changes)? How do you know? What do you do?

You just know. When you know, you know. You know?

3. When is it time to just let it ('it' can be whatever you choose) go? How do you know? What do you do?

I already hate this meme. I don't know, you just freaking know, man!

4. How many times must someone push your buttons before you've just had enough? Why?

Six? (Why am I still doing this one? It's pretty sucky...)

5. If a S/O were to cheat on you, could you ever see yourself giving them a second chance? Or a third?

It depends on the circumstances, but yes, I would consider a second chance to be possible. A third, I don't know, but maybe. We are only human, after all. We forgive other things multiple times. I can't stand half the shit my husband does, and he knows this, but I'm hardly going to throw him out even though he does it over and over again. I'm going off on a tangent again, aren't I?

6. What was the last thing that someone did that you were very grateful for?

Oh!! I can totally answer this one: Yesterday, we took Chloë to lunch after her therapy appointment. We went to Panera. Only, I forgot to bring my wallet, and Rob forgot to put his check card back in HIS wallet. We had absolutely zero money on us. We had finished ordering our lunches when we realized this and looked at each other, discussing it. I finally turned back to the cashier and said, "We're screwed, I'm sorry!" when the lady next to us pulled $40 out of her wallet (Panera is not cheap, y'all) and said, "No, no, no, give them their lunch!" and paid for our food. I was stunned! I tried to get her name and contact info, so I could send her back the money, but she wouldn't have it. We ended up sitting next to her in the restaurant, and I must have thanked her three different times. She was very nice. Random acts of kindness, gotta love it. Thank you, random Panera lady!

7. How much time do you spend online in a given weekday? What about the weekends?

I spend a LOT of time online. Can I plead the fifth? (Most of it IS productive, though.)

8. How many online journals/blogs do you read regularly? What are some of your favorites and why?

Psht. I used to read hundreds. Now, I barely have time to keep up with my own, let alone read other peoples'. I try to keep up with five or so of my friends' blogs, but I'm usually several days to a week behind their posts lately. (Sorry, girls!) As for my favorites, I reserve the right to not name names. If it's on my looong list, it's already a favorite.

9. What was the last major purchase that you made?

Hm, I don't know. Rob's motorcycle? Rob's computer? Oh, I know, how about the KitchenAid mixer I got for Valentine's Day? Did I mention that it's RED?!

Fin.
