This day (7 December) was the first back on the road. This time, we were headed up to Pennsylvania, but we spent that first night in an awesome hotel in Richmond. I had packed presents especially with the trip in mind, and I'm glad I did:
Toy Story 3 DVD/Blu-Ray combo set for Chloë, so we watched that on the drive from Richmond to Hershey, PA. Well, they watched, and I listened. We'd seen in it in the theater in the summertime, so I was able to visualize. Good movie. Tearjerker. Have you seen it?
Here's one of those pictures I was talking about, with Sophia's awesome reaction. This time, she opened the Blu-Ray/DVD combo of Tinkerbell's Great Fairy Rescue, which she had NO idea she was getting. (I got a kick-ass deal on both girls' DVD sets.) She love-love-loves the fairies, so she was overjoyed, as you can see.
It lasted a while. This picture cracks me up. Not attractive. Hee.
For Jack, I brought along a five-pack of Hot Wheels. It's not like he doesn't already have tons, but it's the sort of thing where you can always have more. I get it. It's like yarn.
Phew. Halfway done. More? I'm going to take a break. I need to get up and dance.
Fin.
