P.S. The muffins were outstanding, the cake was flavorful and moist, but the first batch of orange fruit leather was nasty. I made a second batch with honey mixed in, and that was fantastic (IMO). However, it drew flies before I had a chance to wrap it up, so we had to throw away that batch, too. Argh!!
